With no luggage restrictions you can add in all the extras you want. All you need to do is fill your car and you’ll be in luxury by the beach in a matter of hours. Our properties are nestled in a private seaside estate on a barely discovered stretch of the Sussex coastline that make you feel like you’ve travelled abroad, but without the extra hassles and restrictions of flying.

You and your kids deserve some fresh air and much-needed time outdoors. Our houses are on the beach (literally) so there is no need to get in your car again once you arrive. With endless beach activities and board games, it is the renewal and the refresh that your family deserve. And spacious areas inside and out for al fresco dining and perhaps even a barbecue. Our kitchens are fully kitted out so you and the family can enjoy some creativity in the kitchen.
