During Low Season, a minimum 2 night stay applies – January, February, November & December (excluding Half Terms, Christmas & New Year)
During Mid Season, a minimum 3 night stay applies – March, April, May, June, September & October. (excluding Easter, and Half Terms). Bank Holidays are a minimum of 3 nights stay, unless within a Half Term, Summer or Christmas/NY then min 7 nights.
During High Season, a minimum 7 night stay applies – Summer, Christmas and New Year, Easter and Half Terms.

We can be flexible with our minimum stays during quieter periods and mid-week stays are also available, so if you are unsure please just ask. Our beach houses are available to book all year round, and are seasonally dressed for the summer and winter months and also decorated for the festive period.

Owner Managed

All houses on this site are owned by me, Caroline Bond.  I offer a personal service, dedicated to making your stay a happy and smooth experience. Our guests have the added benefit of personal and local recommendations for their stay.

Transparent

I don’t use agents, your booking and payment is direct with me.  You will receive booking confirmation and terms. Queries can be answered quickly and efficiently by phone or email.

No Fees

Because my beach houses are privately owned, there are no fees, commissions or hidden costs.  The quote you receive from me will be the price you pay for your stay, no fuss, no hassle, no surprises.

Secure Payments

We accept payment via BACs transfer and have undergone security checks to ensure we follow all the correct procedures to keep you safe.

2025/2026 Key Holiday Dates – Plan Ahead and secure your dates

Make sure you book in for school holidays 2025 and don’t miss out.

Half Terms : Book a rejuvenating family break between school terms, for February, May and October Half Terms. Min 7 nights stay.

Easter School Holiday : Book your loved ones in for a special week-long break during the holiday. Min 7 nights stay.

Summer : Make the most of summer 2025. Min 7 nights stay.

Bank Holidays : Take advantage of the long weekends for the bank holidays in April, June and August. Perfect for celebrating special occasions. Minimum 3 nights stay, unless within a Half Term or Summer then min 7 nights.

Christmas & New Year : Enjoy a Christmas away from home. The houses are decorated so you can sit back and relax. Min 7 nights for Christmas and New Year separately.

Electric and Tesla Charging points at each house

Electric car owners – we have electric car charging points at each beach house with official charging hardware supplied by Tesla.

Book for Special Occasions all year round

Gather the family all year round for special occasions and milestone birthdays. Our houses with spacious dining areas and hot tubs bubbling at 38 degrees are a sure win for all the family. Book ahead to ensure everyone can make it (including the dogs!)
