Nestled just a short walk from the sea in a private leafy avenue sits one of our smaller beach houses. Packed with character and still sleeping up to 10 people, Club Walk was affectionately known at The Club House back in the 1930’s, and was renovated and refurbished to high standards in 2013. It’s one of our gorgeous luxury self catering properties in Sussex.

This deceptively spacious seaside beach house boasts sea views from the main living areas and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Inside, The New England style beach house there is an open plan living space with a drift wood fireplace, a large kitchen with granite work surfaces, and four luxurious double bedrooms. The mural covers the entire bathroom is a quirky feature too – a real seaside scene.

The exterior of the property boasts a raised decked garden area, plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and dining, with a gas BBQ. The seven seater hot tub is kept at 38 degrees all year round, so there’s no excuse not to make the most of being outside, even in the winter!
